Our Return/Exchange Policy
ZIZI Boutique offers a 7 Day (Starting from the Day of it was shipped) Exchange on Domestic (USA) Orders ONLY. We do not accept any returns on items purchased online or in store.
** ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE YOU MAIL YOUR ITEMS BACK. **
If you ship an UNAPPROVED package to us we will NOT PROCESS it, and you will be responsible for the shipping fee back to you.
Contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org before shipping your item(s) back to us to be approved for an exchange.
Please include your NAME & ORDER NUMBER in your email including the reason why you want to exchange the item. Ex: Wrong Size, Different Color etc...
If you want to switch to a different dress, also please indicate that in the email and be aware if the price is more then the difference must be paid before the exchange is process. If the price is less the difference will be refunded to you (minus the shipping cost of returning the exchange to you)
Items needing to be exchanged must first be shipped back to us by you, the cusotmer at your cost. As a first time courtesy we will then ship the exchange items back to you at our cost.
IF further exchanges are required then again the shipping back to us will be a cost incurred by you the customer and to have us ship back to you will also be an additional cost.

We do not accept exchanges on any international orders at this time.
INTERNATIONAL/USA CLIENTS: Please make sure to choose the correct sizes when placing an order. If you have a question or concern regarding the fit of any of our items feel free to reach out to us via social media, specially Snapchat - our handle is @zizibtq and it will show us as "ZIZI" we can answer questions, share photos and videos of our models in any item we carry so you can see how different sizes fit.
