ZIZI Boutique and the carrier do not have control over how long customs deem fit to hold a package.
In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. We suggest checking with your local post office to find out if that applies to you as ZIZI Boutique does not cover additional customs fee charges.
ZIZI Boutique is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.
Any in stock item(s) takes 2 BUSINESS days to PROCESS & SHIP. Once shipped, packages can take 7-21 BUSINESS days to be delivered. Some orders can take longer now due to COVID-19. All orders are shipped through USPS unless the customer chooses a different shipping courier - i.e DHL/UPS/Global Post etc.
You will receive an email update with tracking info as soon as you order has been shipped.
Once your tracking is updated & scanned by USPS(or UPS/DHL/Global Post it customer chooses that option) , ZIZI Boutique is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We do not have control over your packages once it leaves our facility.
If you have not recieved your package but received a tracking number we recommended contacting USPS.
Pre-Order Shipping Time Frame:
The approximate shipping date for all pre orders are included in the item description. Please note that the date stated is approximate and could possibly change. If you purchase an in-stock item along with a pre-order item, your in-stock item will ship with your pre-order item when it becomes available. If you wish to have them shipped separately, please make two separate orders.
