Any in stock item(s) can take up to 2 BUSINESS days to PROCESS & SHIP. Once shipped, packages can take up to 3-5 business days to be delivered. All orders are shipped through USPS or UPS, as it is up to you the customer which courier delivers. You will receive an email update with tracking info as soon as you order has been shipped.
Pre-Order Shipping Time Frame:
The approximate shipping date for all pre orders are included in the item description. Please note that the date stated is approximate and could possibly change. If you purchase an in-stock item along with a pre-order item, your in-stock item will ship with your pre-order item when it becomes available. If you wish to have them shipped separately, please make two separate orders.
Once your tracking is updated & scanned by USPS / UPS, ZIZI Boutique is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We do not have control over your packages once it leaves our facility.
